The collective agreement covering HSA members who are nurses is negotiated between employers and the Nurses' Bargaining Association, which represents nurses belonging to the Health Sciences Association and the BC Nurses Union. The BCNU is the largest union in the NBA. Currently, about 1000 HSA members are covered by this agreement.
