2024 HSA Annual Convention set for May 1 – 3; Deadline for resolutions is February 16, 2024
HSA’s 53rd annual convention is set for Wednesday, May 1 to Friday, May 3, 2024 in Vancouver. The convention will be preceded by a full day of education workshops on Tuesday, April 30.
Deadline for submitting resolutions for consideration at the annual convention is 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 16, 2024. All resolutions must be voted on by members at local union chapter meetings before being submitted to the union office.
HSA members who have specific issues that they want to raise at convention are encouraged to participate in their local chapter meeting to be called to propose and vote on forwarding resolutions to convention. Delegates will also be elected to represent HSA members from their worksite in voting on setting the policies and priorities for the union.
The deadline for receipt of resolutions in the HSA office is 5 p.m. on Friday, February 16, 2024. Late resolutions will not be accepted.
