TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
HSA distributes an annual report so that members have full access to their union's operations. In addition to financial reports, each annual report includes reports from the President, staff reports on various aspects of the union's operations, and a report from each of the union's committees. During HSA's annual convention, elected delegates from worksites around the province review and debate the annual report.
