The collective agreement for health science professionals is negotiated between employers and the Health Science Professionals Bargaining Association (HSPBA). It covers more than 14,000 members of HSA along with members of the Hospital Employees Union (HEU), the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), the Professional Employees Association (PEA) and the BC Government Employees Union (BCGEU).

members ratify new agreement agreement for 2012-2014
The new collective agreement for health science professionals has been ratified by 83 per cent of members. Voting was held in worksites around the province in late February. Copies of the new agreement will be posted here when they become available to HSA.
